The Gwent Mountain Challenge - CANCELLED

The latest news on the Gwent Mountain Challenge is as follows:-

“ Having submitted the requisite Application Forms to the NRW for the Rides in the Ebbw and Sirhowy areas the NRW have confirmed that due to  Major Live Forest Operations we cannot run these Rides. We are of course extremely disappointed as it means the Challenge Series cannot run this year in this format.  We had hoped that the Forest Operations last year had completed all the necessary work.

The Rides in the Wentwood area should continue and there are plans for other potential Rides. However-if you know of a possible Venue and Route that the Group could consider please contact any member of the Committee or via the website “
